Ate an early supper because I hadn't eaten at all today (oops!) and now I'm prepping my crudités and charcuterie! I have 2 serving containers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07... price has almost doubled since I bought them in 2019!!) that I'm filling. Wish I had a third for the fruit. lol. Definitely have too many snacks but the fun of Dewey's is carrying all the snacks into the following week!

Elyse (winesaboutbooks) | 2997 comments Opening Event Survey
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
New Hampshire
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
You Shouldn't Have Come Here
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
Caramello miniatures
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I tried to quit my job and now I still work there but with a raise and now from home. lol
5) What are your goals for this readathon?
Read! But also, take it easy. Relax. I already know I won't be striving for the 24 hours so I'm just going to enjoy myself. Which is why it took so long for me to update on Goodreads!

Closing Survey
1. How many books did you read during this readathon? Did you have any favorites?
6. Yes, You Shouldn't Have Come Here
2. How many books did you finish?
4
3. Did you accomplish your goals for this readathon?
I didn't make any goals this time. The only goal was to read and I did!
4. How did your snacks and meals work out? Are there things you would change about the food and beverages side of your readathon for next time?
I had a lovely spread and did not eat a single actual meal. lol. Crudités and charcuterie and fruits all day and night.
5. Did you enjoy this readathon? What was the most successful part of your readathon? What would you change for next time?
I did enjoy it but I did spend too much awake time not reading or listening. I was distracted easily this time and I'm not sure why. So hopefully the focus will be better next time.
6. What Dewey's social media sites did you visit during this readathon? What activities did you participate in? Do you plan to complete those activities over the remainder of the weekend?
I was on Goodreads a little and Instagram a lot. I did a couple of sprints, one hourly discussion, and about half of the IG photo challenges.

I think the only things I didn't eat were cashews, almonds, peanuts, Ghirardelli, hummus & pita chips, tortilla chips & salsa, M&M's ice cream sandwiches. And the main dishes of Krusteaz chocolate chip muffins, Everything bagel with cream cheese,
pizza (hubs did not venture out), Poblano chili. Hubs ate leftover cauliflower tacos from Friday supper. Poblano chili will be made today! Another cold and rainy day.
I went to bed at 12:30am and slept till 9:15am. I didn't have any desire to wake up and finish out the readathon, which I usually do. And that's okay! I listened to my body. I'm going to get some leftover snackies and curl up in the library and read!
