Between the Chapters Book Club discussion

Who else is excited to jump into the next Charlie Donlea book, Those Empty Eyes?! His books are so twisty and I can't wait to begin this one.

Will this be your first Charlie Donlea read? If not, what else have you read by him?

I've already read this book and enjoyed it. I've also read The Suicide House which was really good, too.

I believe Some Choose Darkness was my first, though I've now read all of his books.

Suicide House so far.

I read an ARC of this in March and enjoyed it. This was my first book by Donlea, but I'm looking forward to reading more of his books.

Twenty Years Later was the first book I read by him and now I want to go back and read all of his other mysteries. I won a copy of Those Empty Eyes, so I'm looking for to it!

I also won a copy. However Donlea has been on my radar for some time. I have read everything he has written except this new book, The Girl Who Was Taken and Don't Believe It. I believe that Some Choose Darkness was my favorite so far.

This is my first Donlea read, I'm about 100 pages in and love it so far!

Got my book today - now to work it in this month...

Got this one in last night and about 1/4 of the way through, so far it's good! Definitely a page-turner.

I was also fortunate enough to win this book and just received it. I've heard great things about the author, but this will be the first book I've read by him.

I also won a copy, but it was right up my alley. I'm about 3/4 of the way through and enjoying it.

This was my first book by the author. I really didn't know what to expect. It was a good story and kept me guessing till the end!

So glad everyone is loving it too - I never see any of Charlie's endings coming, he is an author that really keeps me guessing!

Summit Lake was my first Donlea book. I’ve read all, but one, of his works.
Some Choose Darkness is my favorite. He is among my top five favorite authors.

Hi, Tried DM but its saying doesn't accept messages. I won on April1st, so I'm sure it will take time to get it. I was worried because of all the people Iam seeing post they received a copy in the mail. Which I'm sure they won on a different platform. So excited. Cant wait to read it.

I received the ARC Some Choose Darkness and thoroughly enjoyed it! I then picked up Don't Believe It and it was a good one, too. Now all his books are on my TBR list.
