Harlequin Books discussion

I'm looking for a book that was published in Harlequin Presents. I believe. It was about a man that has amnesia falls in love and marries a small town girl. He suddenly disappears (supposedly he regained his memory) and the herein said that she knew that it was a chance that something like this would happen and she's trying to find him. I think this book came out in the early 2000s
