just discovered that there is a short story collection by Terry Pratchett which i will read for this "A stroke of the pen"

The Collected Short Stories by Ngaio Marsh. Most of them feature her most famous character, Roderick Alleyn, but she slips in a few surprises in this short work collection--including some true crime reporting!
