short honestly but if the book is good then definitely long

Abigail Venter | 71 comments I’m honestly very conflicted on this, I like short books because it means I can read more and there’s less a chance of me getting into a reading slump, but I also really like long books and often find myself wishing a book was longer. So i really can’t say which I like more ahah.

@mckenna @abigail exactly! like some books do not need to be that long.

⋆˚࿔ nicole𝜗𝜚˚⋆ | 4 comments short but I like long ones too especially long fantasy books!!

Ariana^•^ (Will Grayson III ver.) | 44 comments What do you guys consider as "short"? max 300 pages?

message 6: by Carina (new)

Carina Chilcott (linachil22) | 5 comments Honestly depends… but think I do like a long book. Kinda used to it when your favourites series is boys of tomen.

Carina Chilcott (linachil22) | 5 comments Works out well when you’re not constantly buying books. Having a big and long book gives your bank account a rest ◡̈

Ariana^•^ (Will Grayson III ver.) | 44 comments I could read about Shannon and Johnny for the rest of my life and not get bored

message 9: by Sadie (new)

Sadie | 2 comments although i love short books, i think i like longer books better 🫣🫣 as long as they have short chapters

Ariana^•^ (Will Grayson III ver.) | 44 comments I feel like I get bored more easily when I'm reading a long book (especially if it's fantasy, ahem ACOTAR)

for standalones i mostly prefer if its a short book (approx 200-300 pages is short for me) and for series (especially most fantasy series i've read) i prefer long books like between (450-900 pages) ish

message 16: by Lillian (new)

Lillian (jujitsujoygmailcom) Long!!!

vikaఌ Long when it comes to fantasy but short when it comes to romance

message 19: by Liepa (new)

Liepa as someone who reads books from library, long, because reading a book in a day sucks, i dont have what to read really fast

message 21: by ꧁ Bean ꧂ (new)

꧁ Bean ꧂ | 33 comments It depends on the genre and if I’m invested in the book so both

message 22: by Maranda! (new)

Maranda! (maranda6readmorebooks) Anything below 600 pages is good for me, any longer must use all my brain power-

message 23: by Esme (new)

Esme | 3 comments Short, but long books feel so good to finish

message 24: by delaney ₊˚ෆ (new)

delaney ₊˚ෆ | 11 comments some where between 300-500 pages! anything over 1k kills the vibe, unless it is TOP tier 🫶🏻

message 25: by jules ✞ (new)

jules ✞ I like medium length books like 200- 350 pages

message 26: by Kaitlyn ✿ (new)

Kaitlyn ✿ | 11 comments I like medium to long 300-500 pages usually! Currently reading A Court Of Thorne's and the series to follow and that series is going to be the longest I have read.
