I agree, Myriam. That's one that just sticks with you forever. I'm currently rereading The Secret Garden which I think my mom read to me when I was in elementary school. I'm seeing it through different eyes now that I'm an adult.
Harry Potter changed my life because it's the series that first got me into really reading. So much nostalgia :)
Harry Potter definitely! It got me starting to read novels which are in a series and taught me about the wait for the next book launch.
I actually went back and re-read A Separate Peace because that was definitely one of those books I read in high school and it just stuck with me. Kind of interesting to read it through adult eyes now... but still a powerful story.

Don't get me wrong I love shakespeare, poe, a separate peace was great.
Currently I am reading catcher in the rye something i hated in high school because
i was forced to read it. But as an adult I enjoy the story more.
