Although mostly realistic, the novel employs a touch of magic. Did this affect your expectations for the novel’s ending? Were you satisfied? Were you expecting it? What do you think the future holds for Chelsea?

I was hoping for something less ambiguous for the ending, but I think Chelsea will get her happily ever after.
