I thought I would start a year end readathon. I know some of us have extra time off for the holidays and others are running in 50 directions. I just thought it would be nice to help encourage those that are trying to reach their goals with 10 days to go!

In a turn of events, I got Covid from Santa. Boohoo! I was on a roll, but now between working from home and feeling like I'm in a fog, I don't think I will finish my list above. I'm okay if that is the case, I finished my 2024 challenge so everything else is not that important.

I hope everyone is having a great end of the year. Is anyone thinking about their 2025 goals?

Thank you, I'm hoping resting up over the weekend will restore a couple of brain cells. The fog is real! I've been listening to an audio book while I work, but I keep having to rewind...hahah

Holidays plus an 11-month-old are keeping me busy! And my husband only has Christmas Day and New Year's Day off so no extra reading time. Thanks for setting this up, Andrea and so sorry Santa brought you covid! ☹️ As of today I want to finish Just for the Summer (Part of Your World, #3) by Abby Jimenez The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year by Ally Carter . I have borrows out from Hoopla and Libby but none of them are due in 2024 so if I manage to squeeze in another, great!

I know how busy you are Elyse! I bet your Christmas was magical though seeing it through the eyes of the baby!

If you have time, will you set up the 2024 COMPLETED file. I have tried several times but I think I'm doing something wrong...hahah

I finished Just for the Summer (Part of Your World, #3) by Abby Jimenez The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year by Ally Carter yay! And now I'm 64% through The Cinnamon Bun Book Store (Dream Harbor, #2) by Laurie Gilmore plus I started a 9-hour audiobook today Along Came Holly (Mistletoe Romance, #3) by Codi Hall , my last holiday book of the year. I am listening at 2x speed so it's only 6.5 hours lol.

Bastien had his first fever yesterday. 😭 His fever broke overnight so he's doing good now but he's super low energy and cuddly so it's very easy to read on my Kindle or pop an earbud in! No mom and baby group today though, it would be too much stimulation for him. Maybe tomorrow.

Icy-Cobwebs-Crossing-SpaceTime (readingreindeerproximacentauri) | 330 comments Aww hoping/praying every one who is ill is recovering speedily!😊

If we have any interest, we could also do a New Year readathon 1/1-1/6. I am feeling better and can be available over the weekend.
