victors of the month, here are some things you can do with your points!

all points:
-choose or invent a rule for a mod or another team to follow for the whole month
- remove one of your rules for a month

70 points per member: double votes for the next botm (can't use this twice in a row)
150 points per book: one of the next botms of your choice revealed to you in pms
300 points: one team member gets to privately choose a botm to put in the running
