Hi Cphe,

Sometimes they apply & sometimes they don't. In this case, I either missed the special or it wasn't open to those in NZ. The book sellers/publishers can specify which markets they are targeting & sometimes there are copyright issues.

I use the American Amazon rather than the Australian one.
