I need to change these covers. They are old versions and now the books has professionally created covers.

You have already created an alternate cover for the first one, which is current.

Kindle covers can only come from Amazon.

But I tried to switch to the version with the current cover and it still shows the old one on author's main page

Edit the new edition and set it as default/primary.
