Kellyn Roth (kellynrothauthor) | 71 comments Hello! There are some problems with this book.

First, the blurb is incorrect. The one listed on Amazon (here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0F...) may be more relevant:

Second, it looks like Katie Phillips has been added as an editor. This book was edited by a number of different editors, and though Katie Phillips may have worked on it, she was not the primary editor/assembler of this work. In the past, with these anthologies and on Amazon, the primary author has been listed as "The Author Conservatory." I work to assemble these anthologies and am happy to chat with the organization about removing that if it isn't relevant to Goodreads, but that's how it's been listed in the past. For instance:

And:

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I'm totally willing for whatever is best for the sorting of these anthologies to happen, but they don't have a primary editor in the usual sense.

Scott | 11178 comments Katie was listed as the editor because inside the book she is stated as the editor and wrote the foreword. No other editors were listed in the book.

She's the head editor of the entire Author Conservatory program, which the authors of this collection are students of, so she wrote the foreword for the collection. She didn't individually edit any of these stories. Plus she is not listed for any of these other anthologies. If we really need all the editors listed who worked on the anthologies, I can look into providing a list - however, none of the other ones have an editor listed, so it's kind of odd.

Scott | 11178 comments She may not have edited the stories themselves, but she probably put the collection together. I mean, someone had to.

Well, yes - that was me! :P But I don't want my name on it since I didn't actually create anything.
