Done. No way around it for future works, as far as I know.
This book should be attributed to me: Monica__Ross (two spaces between my first and last name to differentiate me from the other Monica_Ross).
Please fix? (Also, is there any way I can prevent this from happening so I don't have to keep troubling you guys with this?)
