Looking for the tital of a book about a girl who goes on a class scuba diving trip. Her father has been missing for years. She opens a portal to Atlantis (i think) & finds out she can breathe under water. Her two friends are pulled through the pirtal with her. They meet people who live in a system of caves in the "outer ring"

Just in the last year. Borrowed it as a digital copy, so not sure whar the cover looked like. I do remember that there was some sort of virus killing people off and the female protagonist was helping in a science lab looking for a cure. Her dad has been missing for years and she has been looking for him and winds up opening the portal while on a school scuba driving trip.
