Flight 815-ers Unite discussion

I thought it was extremely lame the way Claire survived the explosion of the house she was in. However, there is speculation that she really died, and her "ghost" travelled with Sawyer, Miles and Hurley until her disappearance with Christian. What do you think?

I could believe that. It really looked like that rocket did a number on the house she was in and I was really expecting her not to be alive and for Sawyer or Hurley to go rescue Aaron. Plus it would mesh with what we know about the island's already existing ghosts.

I wonder if Alex's ghost haunts Ben? That would be awesome.

You know, for all I hear, I didnt hear the theory that she was dead.... and this was a ghost of her... I really hope that Lost doesnt go the way of ghosts. But now that you bring it up, and the whole thing with Shepard coming to get her.... ahhhh..... I can see it.

She has the "darkness" in her. That would explain how she died, and came back as if nothing was wrong... AND walked away with Christian so easily, without Aaron.

Huh... I'm not sure how I feel about this. But do you think, since Sayid and maybe Claire came back from the dead that maybe Christian did, too?

Did anyone else catch the resemblance to Russo when Claire appeared at the end of last night's episode?

Rachel, I am under the assumption that Christian was Smokey, in much the same way that Locke is now. Smokey needs the dead body on island to shape/shift into them.... Christian helped get Locke to do the things that needed to be done in order for him to die and return.... to become the "loophole".. so I dont catagorise him with the girls.

And yes, Alicia... Claire was very much like Rousseau when we first met her....!

How do you think they are going to tie those two together? That wasn't expected...

can smokey exist off island? Jack sees Christian a few times during Oceanic 6 time frames. Granted he could be going nuts and imagining him but that doesn't fit the typical Lost method.

I dont think he can, because he needed Locke to do his dirty work for him... and had to use Ben to get Locke..... (remember when he appeared as Alex, and made Ben listen to Locke)?

I love this stuff, all the theorizing. I am usually always wrong, but I have so much fun in the meantime!
