What are your favorite things about Adam?

To me....he is loyal to those he cares about, a great dad, smart, fun at times, tough at times, and hot!

I liked how he took it slow with his pursuit of Mercy, and didn't force her choice due to her worry about Samuel.

Also after Mercy's rape, he was so sensitive and patient with her.

I couldn't not agree with you more about Adam, SCook. I love the man!

Adam was often subtle in his pursuit of Mercy which was funny, like when he threatened to eat her cat.

Haha I loved that. Adam is strong, but fair. Love him!

I like how you can tell that Adam's crazy about Mercy, but he's low key at the same time.

I think what best explains Adam the best is the scene in the first book where Mercy is talking to Jesse and Jesse explains how Adam won't hide her away, but will use her to her best strengths when the crap hits the fan. He does want to protect her, but knows he can't reign her in.

Sigh... I love Adam - my favorite werewolf, hands down. My love of his character only increased after reading Silver Borne. As has been said already, he has been incredibly patient and understanding of Mercy and her issues, often to the detriment of both himself and the pack. He would do anything to make her happy but has no desire for her to loser her identity as part of their relationship or as a pack member. He appreciates her strength (even if her independence drives him a bit batty at times) and would never try to change her. What's not to love?

Also early on when Mercy used to leave the car she was working on in his view, and then make it look worse everytime he did something that annoyed her. That was so funny!

The scene which really made me love Adam is when he just destroyed her counter at her shop and with his back to her asked Mercy not to leave him. I thought it was so damn sweet and it really confirmed to me that he really does love her. Before I liked Samuel more. Now I'm totally liking Mercy and Adam together.

Adam is sssooooo dreamy and caring. Gotta love that man.

I might get a coyote pawprint tat cause if you have heard of acheron, I got the symbol of him taking up my back. I was drunk and woke up with it. My mates claimed not to know what happened but I knew they always laughed little things about the night and anyway at the beach or pool it is quite cool :)

that ash tat hurt for 2 weeks so it had a major downside, 2 weeks at home and showers were a pain but now alls cool, a coyote paw, yeah I'll get one you only live once but where to put the print?

What do you mean "where to put it" Adam. You have to match Mercy of course--so right smack dab in the center, like hers. :o)

well--she doesn't live close by. So that's a big help. I could put up with it. Especially since Jesse seems to take more after her Dad than her Mum.

Baggage can be difficult to deal with, but it creates who the person is today. Adam might not be as sensitive with Mercy if he had not been married before, manipulated as he was and fathered/and raised a teenage daughter.

I completely agree with you Adam, Regina. His ex wife really did a number on Adam, with her behavior. I think that's why he's so protective of his relationship with Mercy. In Silver Borne he basically told her he was giving his pack a month to "get over it" and then she was moving in - period. I love that about him.
