Bahamas is nice and beautiful but my parents say that viability is not as good as in Hawaii.

Any where can be pretty under water.
that would scare me. like being in a box
I've been to Greece (Halkidiki, mostly at Porto Carras marina), and Seychelles (Mahe and Praslin), both highly recommended. Also I've been many times in Bulgaria (Black Sea), but usually the visibility is very poor, and not a lot to see even when it is better. Been to some sunken cargo ships, and submarines, but not much of a wildlife.
Been to Key West too, but I wasn't a certified diver then and didn't even snorkle. We had a designated snorkeling day but the sea was wild when we came out behind the reefs and to the dive sites :((
I go to a resort called Off The Wall Dive Shop and Resort off the coast of Belize every couple of years. Just went this past Christmas. Fantastic place. The Wall is a few hundred yards offshore. I believe that in Jacques Cousteau's Top-10 favorite places Long Caye Wall where this resort is located was his number three (3) favorite place. Absolutely pristine, 100 foot or better vis most of the time.
I don't blame you. Love Florida and love the diving there. Done the keys and some wrecks around Pensacola. Want to try the springs and cavern diving some time.
