Challenge Overload (PNR and UF Edition) discussion

The Colors Cover Challenge is almost over, but don't worry we will have another one soon! For the next few months we have the You Don't See That Everyday Challenge. This challenge includes things you don't normally see on a cover challenge. It also includes some random things, as well as, a few gimmes to make it a tad easier. Here are the guidelines:

Read one book of each.
castle on the cover
weapon on the cover
animal as the main focus on the cover
a couple doing something promiscuous ;)
butterfly on the cover
streetlamp (or source of light) on the cover
at least 3 people or main focus object on the cover

Good luck! The challenge begins July 1st through August 31st.

I'm not really sure what to read for this one. I will have to post my list a little closer to July.

So....is a dragon an animal? I have a book with a horse on it, but if I can, I'd rather read the dragon one. :)

Is the dragon the only thing on the cover, or is there another main focus?

Just a dragon, all by it's lonesome. :)

A couple of questions.


For streetlamp/source of light do candles count?

For weapon on cover, can there be someone holding it, or must it be by itself.

For castle of cover (surprisingly hard to find) do any of these work (it is in the background)?

Lenore can clarify, but I would say the weapon has to be on the cover but certainly doesn't need to be the only thing on the cover.

Any of the castle options would work. I am using as my castle book.

I would say yes Angie, as long as you can definitely tell its light. I plan on using moonlight as well.

Yes candles may count. Also, everything Alycia said will work as well.

Come on! Challenge! LOL No, I don't think that one would count. When I think source of light I think street lamp. Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning's cover is a great example.

Okay, what is the book? Alycia is right, you can defiantly tell that is a source of light. So I would need to see the cover.
