I borrowed it from the college library.. It was excellent. Kept me spellbound until I finished the complete book. Thankfully, it was while my girls were at school so I was able to focus!
The book's foundation stems from a very real, unfortunate, and sad premise but then propels the reader through a series of really unique, time-travel/out-of-body experiences. S. Alexie uses just enough magical realism to keep the story flowing between satire and fantasy
