Actually, no. The Prince of Nothing is a three book trilogy, but it is not the end of the story by any means (I just finished the 3rd book last night). Bakker has already published the first book (The Judging Eye) of the follow-up trilogy (The Aspect-Emperor) with the second book currently being written.I'm not saying you shouldn't consider reading it (personally, I was a bit underwhelmed by the whole thing), but don't be fooled into thinking it is a three book stand alone story.
I think there was some seriously brilliant writing in the series. But, it really did not come together for me. I think if I had read them straight through with a notepad, a bunch of post it notes and a highlighter I might have gotten more out of it. It's only been a year or so since I finished the series, and I don't remember enough of it to seriously discuss it.

And, unlike Erikson, Martin, Jordan and some others, there are only three novels in the series and they've all been out for a few years :-)
