Although Sage's was pretty gory also... so was Leonardo's...
(all first arena 1)

Gishen's death was pretty gory. this truce is futile we will die anyways Gishen thought to himself. He silently drew his dagger and approached Rolinor. He slices at Rolinor's back but because of a sudden lurch Rolinor stumbles out of the way and Gishen falls flat on his face. A wave of acid comes up and submerges Gishen's head. Gishen jumps up showing a hideously deformed face he can barely breath. "You tried to kill me" Rolinor shouts and draws his sword. Gishen attempts to say something but he just spits up some blood. Rolinor approaches Gishen who lost his daggers to the acid and cuts off his head. He falls and his head and body roll into the acid which eats away at the flesh and reveals pearly white bones floating in the acid.

Bree twirled her sling in a wide arc, and let a stone loose. It hit the blade of Glenn's spear, making him stagger backward a bit. She loaded another stone and got closer to Glenn, whacking it against his skull. Woozily, he stabbed the spear through her chest. She hit him in the head again with her loaded sling. He fell over, an the cannon boomed. Bree put her hands over her mouth. "I've killed someone of my own district!" she squeaked, aghast. She then noticed the spear sticking out of her middle and tugged in out, and in a fit of anger smashed it down onto the ice, the blade pointing upward. She looked at her bloody chest and winced, and then started to run to where the other part of the battle was. She suddenly tripped, and saw that her sling was stuck to Glenn's corpse. Muttering curses, she went over and began to tug it off of him when the helicopter, out of nowhere, descended and cast a net around her and dead Glenn. "AAAAIHHHE!" she roared in a fit of anger at the unfairness of it all, then drew her dagger and began hacking at the net. She made a small hole as the helicopter started rising. She looked down and the ground warily. It was now to far down below to jump. She went back to the corpse of Glenn and began hacking her sling from him. Bree finally got it unstuck from him, then looked down. A building was only a couple feet away! Crawling over to her hole, she prepared to jump when the helicopter picked up speed. She screamed in frustration and suddenly slipped out of the hole, her arm catching the side of the net. Bree, scared of dropping, clenched the part of the net in her hand tightly, until blood started to ooze out from it. She winced and lost her grip, falling toward a building 50 feet below her. Spikes suddenly erupted from the building's roof, and Bree closed her eyes, preparing to die. A spike cut into her side, ripping off some of her skin. Bree prayed it wouldn't last much longer. She dropped onto the roof, avoiding the rest of the spikes. Bree, woozy because of all her blood loss, vomited onto the roof. A spike erupted near her and she crawled away from it, then fell off the roof to the ground, impaling herself on the spear she had left, blade side up. "GODIHATETHISARENAITISSOAWFULWHYCANTIDIEALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!" She screamed, then stabbed herself in the neck with her dagger. The cannon boomed. Bree had DIED!!!!
I say Celie from arena 34 was pretty bad...
