I had this book for so long on the TBR pile before finally picking it up. I just wasn't too keen on a 'politician' for a hero, you know? But boy was I surprised (and wrong!)--this book got me hooked on the whole series!
The scene at the start where Kara was drunk.... Funniest start to a book ever. And then the jiggle stick.... Bwahahahaha

Like Auntee, I wasn't thrilled about the politician hero, but I raise her a reporter heroine. Even though my sister has a journalism degree, I am not too fond of reporters as main characters. But, Ms. Clare made me revisit my opinions on that. I loved them both. I thought this was a great book.
I couldn't imagine how a reporter and a politician could possibly be exciting and sexy. Wow, was I wrong.
OK I just re-read this today I really love Reece. Like for real. lolHe is just so dam sweet and caring and compassionate and alpha without being in your face dominate.
mmm Reece
Mmmm, Reece, indeed! I loved so many things about him. He was protective, supportive, sexy, caring, loving, smart, sexy, hot, funny, sexy, sexy, sexy... am I forgetting anything?
I know these posts are old but just re-read it = even better second time around. Just started with Julian and Tessa AGAIN - need to give my credit card a break and that is why I am re-reading stuff!
Don't blame ya. I love rereading this series. I read them out of order the first time and then read them in order. lol
I don't do much re-reading, but Pamela's books, ALL of them, have been read multiple times. I love that the stories are so exciting, they never get old.

Me too! Makes the characters very relatable, not that PC has an issue with that.

Ok, so today is suppose to be the I-Team series kick-off starting with this book~ This is going to be my second time reading this book, and I CANNOT WAIT! umm, but where is the forum for this re-read even again?
Book buying is such a vice for me. Especially when you guys love a book. I just know it's going to be good. I need to start setting myself a monthly budget. Even now, I want to go and buy this book. And several others. I must resist.
However, skip
. You will hate it! Julian Darcangelo is NOT your type at all! So avoid that book at all costs!

I know lol, it's never going to happen. I can resist some days, others I go on a clicking rampage. Pam, you have him listed under dreamy heroes. And you can't have them ALL!

Look, ninety something guys isn't all that many, you know. Given the fact that there are millions of books out there with millions of men to choose from. All I want is my 90 something guys ☺
Hmmm. I beg to differ. If you have sooo many of these guys, you can well afford to share one every now and then. If you're not willing to share, then you can't have that many.
Well, Brodick and Julian will NEVER leave my list! I could probably scale it back to about 30 if necessary.
Well, now we are talking. But you know...Brodick and I really did have that rendez-vous this morning. Just saying.
