I like books that are about animals, but also read some based a around a group of teenages( like The Maze Runner and it's sequel, The Scorch Trials by James Dashner). I like the Warriors Saga(I've read about 20 of 24{not including special/extra ones}) by Erin Hunter, who also writes a great Series(still progressing into a saga)called Seekers. Warriors is about clans of ferral cats and Seekers is about a group of bears(1 black bear{my favorite one!!!}, 2 polar bears{Kallisk and his sister}, a grizzly bear, and an unknown creature that can turn into any animal it thinks about{even if it is on accident that he changes} but he believes that he is bear on the inside).
I really like the books written by Jodi Picoult. Her one book that was made into a movie, "My Sister's Keeper", is soooo much better reading as it provides a whole different outlook. Plus it ends totally differently. Its actually the very first book in my life that made me cry a bit. (no laughing!! lol) But I've read a few other books by her and even though it has a few "icky" scenes in it, overall she writes incredibly good books that hook you right from the beginning. *two thumbs up*
Kaloni: THe Host sounds really good, but it sounded like it might have been weird.
Flamestar/Landon: that sounds cool!so is the book called Seekers? u should put the link to the book on here so i can go look at it!!!
ThLover: i loved the movie "My Sister's Keeper"! i watched it with my Aunt Mel when i was in Billings, MT and i (again) loved it! i well definitely have to read. i saw it in the Colville Goodwill one time but i wasnt sure if i should get it, sense i thought it might have some bad scenes. so i well probably just get it off the library.

Lol awesome its sucha good book! (sisters keeper) though the only thing I found that's a heads up, there's a few bad words spoken from one chracter and one or two 'skin' scenes from another but that's all. Lol its not too bad though. And I love the Ugliest series!!! I'm on a waiting list to obtain the Pretties one next. Grrr...they are such good books!
Ps.- I haven't read Jane Eyre...seen movie and if its that good I'm definitely going to have to read it as its by far one of my fav movies... :)
Uhg the movie sucks compared to the book! the book is AMAZING but the first three chapters suck :( boo hoo... but you have to read them to understand the rest of the story. hahaha I've read it 5 times or soemthing lol
Uglies series is ok i lost interest tho... lol

usually when i say i don't read the bad romances they tell me to grow up and jump off a bridge becuase i'm not realistic. :P haha, i refuse to do that! i have found some romances that aren't...awful. i can't judge yet because the series isnt done. but so far 'the body finder' by kimberly derting is a good one. and although it isn't alot of romance 'unwind' by neal shusterman is fantastic! i agree, the maze runner is excellent! ummm.......oh, 'the door within series' by wayne thomas batson is totally clean that is awesome. what else can i think of?.....'the youngest templar' by michael p spradlin is excellent and presents a version of robin hood that is totally unique! haha, i think i will stop now ;)(i ramble too much!)
Rachel ramble? Hi, I'm Dawn. i don't think you know me very well LOL no seriously i never stop talking LOL
those sound good, i might just check them out!!!
I LOVE Meg Cabot, she's really good. sometimes i have to skip a few pages (Ransom my heart... how about skip half the book LOL) but usually she's pretty good. i LOVE her Airhead series, it's really awesome. it's got this amazing sci fi teenybopper romance evil ruler twist thing hahaha
Jamie, how was the drive? Have fun with your friends? LOL you shud come up here soon! tell your dad lol

omg i never expected what happened in the Airhead series, that series is amazing! do the princess diaries series have any bad scenes in them?
I drive was fine i guess, i listened to music and watch the frost on the window defrost and then frost again when we went over the pass. lol! i just got to talk to them :( but they r coming next sunday cus of their dad, so going to see if i or we can host them! i think we do have a talk set up for jan up there but maybe not! idk have to check i think dad would have to come up with something new to do though.

mmm i heard they were really cool!
u should put them in our books!
...up at flamestar/landon (spelling...error?) if you like books with animals, i've heard that 'the tempests roar' is good (its a dolphin story) and all the proceeds go to endangered dolphin species.
I added the books plus i added books of the first series(there r currently 4 serieses in the saga) by the same author except about cats! XD I have read all the books in the WHOLE saga but 4 out of 35 books(including the mangas, super editions, extra information books, etc.)
awesome! ill have to go look at them!
i love it when people add more books!
LOL!!! thats definitely alot! :P

I'm definitely going to have to look at it now. lol
hahahaha it really depends on what one youve seen first for most, but i watched the movie first and so did my friend and she just finished and says its way better :P
ive never watched the movie! but i well have to!
If any of you like Jane Austen like me you should check out this quiz... http://quizfarm.com/quizzes/jane-aust...

i've recent found myself going towards sci-fi a little i love the Uglies series (though i have yet to finish it, i get all books from library and they send them to me and its taking forever to get speicals) i also kinda liked The Giver by Lois Lowry. I like mysterys i read Nancy Drews when i was younger and i still read them today but i dont find them as hard to figure out! lol! so basic i like any kind of book, except paranormal/vampire books. What about u?
