Werner Laura-Lee, I haven't read it yet, but the description I've read looks intriguing! As far as good deals go, you're more apt to get those on any given book after it goes out of print. While it's in print, the publishers suggest a retail "list price" (which most dealers will charge); but once they dispose of their inventory to what's called a "remainder house," the list price is kaput, and you can sometimes get some deep discounts. Two big remainder houses (which the BC library does a lot of business with) are Edward R. Hamilton Booksellers and Labyrinth Books, both based in New York City. They both have websites with searchable inventories; I don't have the links in front of me, but a Google search will bring them up.

One nice thing about eReaders is that you can get hardcover books for generally less than the price of trade paperbacks.
