Two thousand years from now, you find yourself in a wasteland. Two thousand years beyond that, you find yourself to no longer exist.
Wolves have taken over. Humans have vanished, finally gone extinct. All other animals seem to cringe when in the regal presence of such powerful canines. Two "alpha" packs have formed, known as Forbidden Shadows and Twisted Cacophony, while rebellious or untrustworthy wolves have scattered among the remaining lands of the earth to start their own family without the pressure of the laws the wolf kingdom has forced upon everyone's shoulders.
Twisted Cacophony is just that -- twisted. Most of its members seek out power and everything that comes with it, while others just fit in well or prefer to stand on this side of the battlefield rather than the other. Its members are known for their strength.
Forbidden Shadows, on the other hand, is known for its speed. FS contains some of the fastest wolves in all the lands. Forbidden Shadows main desire is to put an end to TC's corrupted ways -- much like Twisted Cacophony towards FS. It thinks peace is the answer, as opposed to war, and its members will put their lives on the line to see it happen if it comes down to it.
Loners are another story. They are known for their endurance and stamina -- even if they originated from one of the two "alpha" packs, over time, their bodies adapt and they soon find themselves to rely more on stamina rather than speed or strength. They are moreso neutral when it comes to the rivalry between Forbidden Shadows and Twisted Cacophony. Often, their pasts will interfere with their decision -- whether they were cast out or left on their own account. Sometimes, a loner will have an opinion -- much like you and I will have an opinion on who's going to win the upcoming superbowl -- but for the most part, loners try to avoid interferance with the two most regal wolf packs in history.
And now, it is up to you what happens -- will Twisted Cacophony succeed in their vicious desires? Or will Forbidden Shadows wipe out TS once and for all? Perhaps the loners will populate and grow into a third pack, and maybe even take over? You decide.
