***Please note special physical qualities of Darkborn. They have never been in the light. Never. So think about it. Both Darkborn and Lightborn are basically human, so what would a human who had never been in light look like?
Well, I can tell you the eyes would be weird. Probably all white, because they're blind. It's too hard to picture them without eyes at all, so just go with all white.
They are going to have pale skin and their hair will probably be either dark, or completely white. And how do darkborn perceive color? I do think they can, but they can't see it, of course, only sonn. Would colors be different through sonn than they would sight?
There are many more things like this to keep in mind, so please don't try to tell me that your character is darkborn, but has brilliant green eyes that twinkle when she's happy and brown hair that compliments her freckles. None of those traits really fit, do they?

So what I'm saying is: Really think about this one! There are a lot of things affected by this setting, ranging from appearances, society, life style, etc etc etc. This is an advanced roleplay with an advanced backdrop, so pay special attention to how the people would really act. And please read my description of the two.

Social class: She wouldn't know, and neither would I. She sells her talents to whoever pays, unless she feels its a truly unjust cause.
Personality: Secretive, passionate, yet she locks her emotions away. intelligent, perceptive and observant, nimble, deft, agile, stealthy. an excellent shot.
Appearance: http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl... sort of like this. she has the darkest blue hair, anyway, which is straight and comes down to the small of her back. her skkin is pale as it cannot have been tanned by the sun, so her pigments is ivory like a china doll. her eyes don't have iris or puil, but are instead a milky white haze thats hard to put a word to. she'd slender and appears tall, and curvy. her fingers are long and slender and perfect for crafting items and getting into places most fingers can't get to! which is good, becuase she sells her talents to whoever will pay.
Good/Bad: it depends on the money, but she's good at heart.

Background: Ever since he could remember he has wanted to destroy both lightborn and darkborn and has trained himself to unconsciousness each day mastering and practicing any and all spells he came across. It all started from when he was told he was the descendant of the mage who separated the two sides and strived to do better, to destroy both sides.
He believes that mages are superior people and should be treated as such.

OH, I just read that the Shadowborn are the enemies of Lightborn and darkborn.
I guess they don't really show up until the end of the book (which I still haven't finished) so I don't know much about them.

Personality: Keeps to self. So no one would know. Only with Echo, the bat. Echo is the only creature he's ever known, and is his best friend. Echo is abnormally large.
Appearance: *sigh* I can't find good pic. But I will try to. He has light brown, like mousy brown kinda hair, has a black bandana wrapped around his eyes (takes care of that problem.. :D) and wears a long black jacket.
Good/Bad: He doesnt know that part yet..
Background: Stays away from everyone. He doesn't know his family, he has always stayed hidden, training himself in every thing he could. But now he's getting bored...
Other: He doesn't know much about himself. He is a mage. He doesn't know how powerful. He doesn't know anything about anything pretty much, cause was hidden away because of someone and has never talked to someone or met anyone since he was very young.

Background: The youngest daughter in a Noble family, she was disowned for disobeying her father one too many times. She is a singer, but several of her songs are in an unknown language. She longs to one day be able to walk in the world of light, and will stay out until the last possible moment.

He latter on grow up taking loving and helping her. But one day as he came back form playing he found her dead on the ground with a dagger in her back.He stopped trusting and started to hate others.
Other: He dosen't show his hatred but it is there ready to come out at anytime if he thinks you are going to hurt him or others he cares about.He rarely cares about anyone but he does care about some people.

When Knight was sixteen she murdered her father and stole his power and riches, building herself up until she became a high class lady.
