ugh. i hate them. weren't these international covers? I like the MT US covers recently starting from 4-6. Disappointed in all these new covers before the series ends. I think new cover designs should be issued when the series ends, some people like their covers to match. but like the US ones better

I like the spines, but don't like the covers.

I don't like them at all! She looks way too, well white/european -- and way too dainty. It is not how I pictured her at all. The spines are nice. Wow, I know the older covers are not as attractive, but I think I prefer them:

*sigh* I guess this means that the next book is going to have a cover that matches the new covers. and it won't match mine. :(

I don't like te first three covers in US, but I love the 3 last ones, they are beautiful...why are they gonna go and wreck a great thing now. so stupid....and why switch covers when the series is almost other, isn't there like a couple more books out or something.

I loved how Mercy is prominent on each original cover and her tattoos changed to fit the story. They also give off more of the Native American vibe where the new covers just look like every other UF pb out there.

Ok, all I can say is, "BLERG". Lets just keep the 2 different covers so that I can finish off my series with all matching covers, thank you very much. lol

The tattoos are my favorite part of the US covers. The graphic artist has done a great job on them so far. =DDDD

I find the spines remind a lot of Kelley Armstrong's Exit Strategy

Not overly fond of the new design, but what annoys the most is the change in book size.

I prefer the original covers. As far as the new spines, they remind me of Nancy Drew. Not a good thing when I am reading paranormal.

Now they look like every PNR/UF series out there and don't represent the series at all. Why mess with a good thing?

I prefer the original covers over these new ones. If I passed these on the shelves they'd barely register an interest.

Before I started reading the Mercy Thompson series I was always curious about the books because of the covers. The original covers were different then what I had seen before and it made wonder what was inside.

Too bad! Why are they changing covers anyway. The old art work was beautiful.
