The day hadn't been a short one. It was spent like many other days in Viola's life, fighting off the two voices in her head; one a shrill angry woman and the other a slow talking, romantic man. She hated them both, and their constant fighting. As of now she sat on the small sofa in the recreational area of the asylum. Here she slowly rocked, her knees to her chest and her chin resting easily atop them. Her eyes had a faraway look, as they always did when she was waiting. They were fixated on the clock, looking but not seeing. It was almost quarter past three. Her sister would arrive soon.
((I will get others to make characters to roleplay with you soon Carly.))
((Finals? I should be on this week and next, but the week after I might not be on as much. I have loads and loads and loads of exams))
((Nice.......I have English, Maths, geography, dance. music, drama, language and finally science exams))
((I'll just go ahead ))Dessa sat on the floor looking at the girls in the couch and chair. She seemed to be the only sane person here.
Viola's gaze moved almost robotically from the clock to Allison. She quickly shut her eyes and rested her forehead on her knees. Tears threatened at her eyes. She looked like a horrified child, but it was the furthest thing from a fear of strangers. The voices laughed in her head, mingling with her thoughts and greatest fears. They urged violence, they urged pain.
Viola let out a soft whimper. She pressed her back against the couch, trying to make herself small again. (there are a lot of girls x-x; I might change violas sister to a brother)
Viola's head snapped up when the door swung open. In walked a casually dressed young man, his backpack slung over his shoulder after being searched. She loosened slightly, getting to her feet in a faint way. Alec always made the voices go away.
Alec looked over his shoulder at the girl and shook his head. "Whatever." he muttered, walking to the wall and hitting the call button, informing security. He walked back to his sister and hugged her. "Missed you."
Dessa looked at everyone. "I need to get out of here." She said over and over again. "I don't belong here!"
Dessa went after Allison. "She got lost." She dragged her back with her. "Come on Ally, you don't want to be sedated, do you?"
Alec sighed heavily. Everyone always said they didn't belong here. He felt bad for in forming them of her escape, but he had learned what went on here. He knew they needed help.
"Don't listen to Correy, okay?" Dessa said, stroking her hair. She knew Correy...she knew it wasn't real. "Wanna go watch TV?"
