How they won the Games: He brought a knife to the other remaining contestant, being handy in the slaughter house before. Before he won by killing the other contestant, he basically spent his entire time at the games avoiding the careers.

Appearance: Penny is a light skinned girl with chestnut brown hair, and a streak of white hair. Her hair goes to her shoulder blade. Penny is tall and lean, about 5'3".
Personality: Penny is stubborn and usually wants her way, crossing her arms and making a fit.
How they won the Games: Penny is a career, and she teamed up with all the people she thought would get her through and help the most. She killed of the easy until it was her and a District 12 boy who was fast and strong. Setting the trap, Penny got him successfully.
Signature Gamemaker Tactic: Set allies in the arena, and only in the arena with everyone who looks like they will take it for you. You can also pretend to be helpless, attracting more. . . .
Other: Penny won last year, when she was 12.

Personality: Cunning, deciving, determined, when angry-she is deadly. . ., sneaky, clever, but, loves her tribute. . . .
How they won their arena:She joined the career pack, but she didn't say who she was until the arena, when she joined them. Smiled a lot and pretended to be an over happy little girl, with nothing. Claire secretly snuck away from them everyday, killing others. She knew a lot about berries, and lied to them, saying that the nightlock berries were good for you. The careers were killed, and continuing the daily excursions, so were the others.
The signature tactic they teach their tribute: (if you have one) Go first by preformance, then deadliness. . . .

How she won the games: She was a career and she helped them and then one night when all of the careers were asleep she slit each one of their throats before they could wake up. Then she ate all the food and became a night killer killing tributes in there sleep.

How they won the Games: Skandar was a career tribute, a member of the pack that hunted down less fortunate tributes. A week into the Games, birds came for them. Jet black birds with skewer-like beaks. Skandar and two others survived, but the other four careers (a tribute from district 5 included) died. Skandar and the other two tributes worked together for a few more days, but finally, one killed the other, and Skandar was left to fight District 2. They were both scarred with fatal wounds and no weapons, but Skandar stumbled to his pack and grabbed one of the beaks from the dead birds. Long story short, Skandar won.

Other: Skandar said some bad things about the Capitol in and before the Games. Therefore, Snow killed his family.

Age: Twenty-Five

District: Eight
Appearance: She has long golden hair and midnight blue eyes. Her skin is pale since she rarely leaves the house. She is 5'6" and is of average weight.
How she won the Games: Seraphina used her knowledge of textiles and patterns, to blend herself into the scenery of her arena. She hid in the background until there was only her and a few tributes left. At that point, she slowly began to reveal herself. She would sneak up behind her fellow tributes when they were fully paying attention and kill them as quickly and as swiftly as she could.
Other: - Her brother and her sister-in-law were killed by the Capitol when they felt Seraphina was showing signs of rebelling, a year after she won her games. Her nephew, Cage narrowly made it out alive. She nursed him back to health and took him in.
