Name: Brooke
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance: Brooke has limp, dull, shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. Brooke is about 5'3". (Brooke doesn't look 5'3", because she is always standing with stooped shoulders). She wears blue glasses. She has a scar, about 2" long on her left foot. She has a brown dot in the center of her nose. Brooke's face is covered in freckles even though she is pale.
Personality: Shy, smart, creative.
History: Brooke was running in the woods of 11, when she tripped over a broken bottle of glass. It was an old beer bottle. Eyes wide, she raced to the HP's (Head Peacekeeper's) house to show what she found. The HP was upset and ordered her not to talk of it. When she got home, her mom was upset about all the cuts and ordered Brooke to tell what happened. Brooke was forced to, her mom got mad, and then it went to the HP's house. HP was upset at Brooke and ordered the capitol to come take her away, so she could never speak. Brooke wasn't put to sleep when she was being de-tounged, in fact, they recorded it, so she can watch again and again. The Peacekeepers just took a knife to Brooke's mouth, and with a quick and painful movement, cut.

Name: Rocavier "Rocky" Sabine
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Appearance: Rocky has shaggy brown hair, that covers most of his face. Rocky has brown eyes, and scars running along the side of his head and face. Rocky is about 5'6", and is very, very thin.
Personality: Shy, scared.
History: Rocky didn't like his hair cut one day. His mom (The HP) did it for him. Upset, he went around, spreading rumors that she slept with people for money. Rocky's mom had always hated him, but now, she had a reason to hate him, and banished him to the capitol. Rocky was knocked out and didn't see the process.

Name: Alyse Gilbert
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Appearance: She has brown hair which falls just past her shoulders and flicks at the end. Her eyes are an icy , sometimes colourless blue. She's tall, thin, with pale skin. She has a scar which goes from her neck to her collar bone which she got from a peacekeeper.
History: Alyse had always broken the rules, always hated the Capitol. She was a rebel, a rule breaker, and only listened to herself. She didnt care that she had everything she really needed at home, she didnt want it. She wanted freedom, and she tried to get it by running off with her little brother who was also a rule breaker. He was ten, Alyse was sixteen. They were both caught, and Alyse's brother was killed, she was watching. She was sent to the Capitol and there she became an Avox and a servent to District 1 tributes.

Other: Blames her stupidity and rebelness for her brothers death. The peacekeepers never let her forget that it was her fault.

Age: 19
Gender: F
Appearance: She has long black hair that reaches all the way down her back. She always braids her hair so it doesn't get in her way. She has olive skin and big green eyes. She's tall, thin and has scars on her back from whips.
Personality: Shy, quiet, sad, never makes eye contact.
History: Grew up in the seam, with no money or food. She and her older sister would walk around the upper part of the community, the part were people were kinda chubby, but not fat. They could spare some food. One day one of the family's that they had asked for food, got robbed and the peacekeepers assumed it was Valery's sister because she was seen that night near the house. Valery was forced to watch as they shot her sister. Since they assumed Valery was an accomplice, she was sent to the capital where she became an Avox, a servant to District 12 tributes.

Other: Hides her locket in her tunic pocket. The locket has a picture of her and her sister when they were little. It was taken by there uncle who was mayor until an "incedent".

Gender: Male
Appearance: Tall with Black hair and tan skin. He has scars all over his body but his clothes cover them up. The only one that isn't covered in the one across his cheek. He has green eyes that always wear a sad expression.
Personality: He used to be a fun cheeky guy that you could joke around with but now he is sullen.
History: He used to live in the capitol but then he became a peace keeper and was transported to district 12. He had been forced to go to a whipping and had gotten in the way when the little girl started crying for her death saying he thought it was enough. He had been whipped across his cheek and sent to the capitol to become an servant. Since he was from the capitol they hadn't made him an avox yet but he knew if slipped up just once they would.

Name: Jennifer LaFevra
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Appearance: Jennifer has long, wavy red hair, always tied back, and purple-blue eyes, which always look at everything with a sad remembrance. Her skin is a pale tan color, and she's quite small for her age. Her scars are mainly on her arms and legs, but on particularly grim one lies across her face, from just above her right eyebrow to below the left corner of her mouth.
Personality: She used to be a laughing, funny girl, always having fun, but now she's quiet and sad.
History: Jennifer lived in District 2, where she had enough food, enough friends, and a good education. Her parents were strict, brutal consequences followed any breaking of their rules, but Jennifer had learned to live with it, mostly. Her sister, Janet, however, hated her parents, to the point of running away. She asked her sister to aid her in escaping District Two, and Jennifer agreed.
About a week later, Janet was found and brought back. They found Jennifer and brought her to witness Janet's execution via bullet to the head. Janet was 10, Jennifer, 11. Beforehand, they'd forced Janet into selling out her aid, and Jennifer was sent to the Capitol, to become an Avox.
What District do you cover?: District 2, her home District.
Other: She always wears about her neck a small, four-point-star shaped locket, in which is a picture of her and Janet, less than a month before Janet ran away.
