Theresa (lynchlady) There's another parody by the same name, different author, but I think this one is hysterical. Anybody else read any parodies they think are worth reading? (At least Twilight has given us some good laughs.)

Theresa (lynchlady) oh, hell...I didn't include the title of the damn book in the first post and I went back and edited it to try to get it in there and there was a link suggestion...and, long story short, I thought I was editing one post, but all my (I thought) failed attempts showed up. I'll try to ditch 'em...guess I'll need to find the time to learn to use the web while I'm finding time to read again,

I wiped the chemical dust off my clothes and sat down. Without looking at Edwart, I pulled out my textbook and notepad. Then, without looking at Edwart, I looked at the board and wrote down the terms Mr. Franklin had written. I don’t think other people in my situation could do quite so many things without looking at Edwart.

When the bell rang I stole another glance at him and shrank into a deeper sense of worthlessness. He was now staring furiously up at the bell, shaking all the musc.
