Other: Orphaned as a child, she is considered to be bad luck because everyone she has let herself get close to has been hurt or killed in an accident, or in the arena. She pushes people away because she doesn't want anyone else to get hurt because of her.

His Father beat his little sister to death when he was 7, and two years later died in a bizarre gardening accident that the authorities thought was 'Best left Unsolved' Enraged at his father for killing his sister, whom he loved more than anything on earth, he went on a rampage. Storming out his front door, his mother tried to stop him. He killed her with one hand. His right one. His big brother came after him with a knife for killing their mother. Timothy just stepped aside, grabbed his brother's hand, and stabbed him with his own bade. THe rest is history, stealing to eat, killing to kill. He lost his mind, and went insane. He joined the hunger games instead of watching the girl he loved die defenseless, so he substituted himself for the other male tribute. He just joined for Dante.

Someone desperate not to die! You could use the strings to strangle someone or set traps, and I'm sure the rest could be used as some sort of club.

Appearance: Melissa has straight, dusty brown hair that falls to just beneath her shoulder blades with matching brown eyebrows. Her eyes have large, dark green irises, framed in pale brown lashes. Her skin is pale, with a few freckles spattered across her upper cheeks. Standing at 5'10", Melissa has long legs and is abnormally thin for a district 1 girl, and not overly strong or flexible. She's a fit girl, and quite a fast runner.
Personality: Friendly, but quiet. She doesn't plan ahead much, and when she doesn't her plans never work, causing her to either let others plan her future or live in the now.
Skills: She's fast and can climb things easily, as well as use an assortment of bladed weapons.
District token: A metal pendant with the initials MN set into it with diamonds.
Other: Lives with her cousin, and a cat whom she loves more than anything. Except living.
