Mine is Mark...
- It's the earliest Gospel we have
- Mark seems to have a "lower" christology, for example he's just fine with Jesus needing to be baptized whereas Matthew and Luke added excuses to this passage.
- It is somewhat less detailed in every way... short and to the point.
- There is no explicit implication of the divinity of Jesus. Read it for yourself and try to find a passage that implies Jesus=God (much like Paul's writings)
- I just really like the style of writing
- Mark (it is agreed by scholars) seems to be the main source from which Mathew and Luke drew their inspiration for their gospels. (John is an entirely different beast)

Guess no one reads the bible. lol

I wouldn't waste my time.

I like Mark, John, Revelation, Genesis ... they portray four extremes of beliefs to me.

Intriguing. John with its extreme (in contrast with Mark) christology and genesis being the beginning while revelation is the end...cool

I've never read the New Testament, only the Old. That's why I haven't commented...but as Genesis has been brought up, yeah, that's my favorite too. Although I prefer Biblical poetry over anything in the Old or the New Testament :P
