What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

So I'm looking for this book about two women who grow younger. Basically they are a part of this experiment to reverse the aging process. The cover of the copy I had was this women's face and on one side she was old and on the other she was young.

(view spoiler)[The experiment leaders were going to stop the reverse aging of the patients but the stopping formula actually killed them. Plus, when they got younger they slowly lost their memory. The ending leaves it up to question what happens when they reach zero. (hide spoiler)]

It does seem like Turnabout. On my copy of the book, there is a different cover if that matters!
