I am wondering if anyone in this group is a nook owner. I am looking for nook friends to share nook books with.

Stupid question here...what is a nook?...you can answer after you stop laughing...I have heard of them but not sure what it is...ty
it is an ereader like a computer but you read books on them i love mine i have the nook color so when iam at work on the ambulance wide awake i can read in the dark w little light to not wake every body else up. Barnes and noble has them.

I have to read large print...can i get one like that?
You can adjust the print on ereaders. Make it bigger or god forbid, smaller! Lol

Anna the best I can tell you is go to a store, Walmart, best buy or Barnes and noble.....play with them. I was so against getting a digital reader and now, I haven't put mine down in two weeks that I've had it. I still read my "paper" books but I seem to read faster on my iPad! Lol
I will surely do that...I cannot read most paperbacks unless I am at home...I have an ezreader that hooks up to a tv or my comp and I have to hold the reader over the book to read...great machine but a little irritating when i want to read in bed.
I agree with everyone. I just bought the nook tablet and love it plus books are cheaper if you read alot and cant wait to read that new release. The books are instantly downloaded onto your nook so I dont even have to leave my house. check them out they are awesome! I appreciate any nook friends :)

I just read the best of me but I read it on the kindle app.. sorry.. but really great book.. :)
I have the kobo app & have read a few on there...is the nook app any good? I like being able to have a few books ready to read anytime I want!
