Amazing Grace; William Wilberforce and the Heroic Campaign to End Slavery was my favorite both for the history I learned and for coming across Wilberforce's name frequently in historical fiction and giving even greater meat to the reading.

I've read parts of Amazing Grace by Eric Metaxas and so far, I really enjoyed it! I'll have to get back to reading it some more!
