So here's what you do to be able to rp:

1) Look for all arenas listed as "Open"
2) Create a character or two(or more) in that arena's topic.
3) Rp in the Chariot Ride/Interview/Training Scores topic(all scores will be posted in the "Announcements" topic.)
4) Rp in the Training Center(and any other side rping topics created for your arena) as you wait for the arena to be up.
5) Once arena is up, GO DIE!!!!!! Or maybe win..... since someone has to.

Here we go for in-depth explanations:

1. Create a character on the character page before beginning your journey into the roleplay means that you must go to the character page and use the format to make a character. The format will be on the first post. Just copy it and fill it in. Also, there will be a list of taken and open characters. If a character is open, it won't have a name by it. If a character is taken, then you can't make a character for that gender and district. Also, the arenas and character folders with all the other roleplay topics will be in a folder with the arena number. If it says "Open" next to the name, that means they are still accepting character entries for that arena.

2. No swearing, or anything inappropriate. This means NO CUSSING. Also, in the books, they only use one type of cuss words, so there's no point for words that the people in the books never used. Even when you use *** on the word, you can still tell what it is, so just don't cuss. Also, to be respectful of people and their religeons, you may want to not say "Oh my God" because they don't even say that in the Hunger Games books. Also, don't go past kissing.

3. No bullying/harassing. Don't make fun of others, call them names, or criticize their opinions.

4. Try not to power-play. This means that your character is basically immune and immortal to all attacks. People get injured. You must be realistic, so give them some injuries to boast about.

5. Don't roleplay other users' characters. Roleplaying another person's character means you control them. Even if you say, "She gave [insert your character's name here] a quizzical look," that is still controlling the other person's charrie. If you want the other person to do something, just tell them by using (()). Once you've roleplayed a while, you may be able to read hints in the posts and know what they want you to do.

6. Have fun! We want this experience to be enjoyable, so respect others and go by the group rules.

7. If you have a character that does not speak English, please post the English translation at the bottom of that post. We respect the languages of the world, but a majority of us speak English, so try to translate what you say.

8. Please do your best to use basic proper grammar. We don't expect it to be grammatically perfect, we just want posts that are clear. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time, so try to make posts worth reading by checking spelling and grammar. The roleplays are more fun when you don't have to constantly ask "what?".

9. Give the other person time to react. We understand that sometimes it may be hard to to be on all the time, but we don't want someone stabbing the other character in the back before they can post. Instead say, "[Insert your character's name here] threw a knife at [insert other name here], hoping to stab her in the back." This way the other person can choose to dodge or get hit.

10. Be realistic. This is perhaps one of the most important of the rules. When you get items from sponsors, make sure it is realistic. There aren't great items far away from the Cornucopia, so don't grab a bow and arrows two feet from where you started. We don't want you to have an unfair advantage. Also, be realistic when cussing. People in the Hunger Games books only used one cuss word, so there's no point to cuss. Also, be realistic when it comes to fighting. If they sneak up on you to attack, you'll need to be realistic about injuries. And for past injuries, make sure you keep track of them. People get tired. People bleed. People get hungry and thirsty. Make sure you remember these things.

11. Try to make posts worth reading. We want you to have fun, so make sure posts are readable.

You visit the district of your choosing (that's going to be your home district) and you'll find a charrie sheet. Here's a link to all of the districts:
