Dorm and Private Housing Policies

If you want a regular dorm on campus,whether it's explicit or not, you must first ask a mod.

Same goes if you want a mansion.(this is usually for married couples):

Or if you are a family with at least 10 characters (having 3+ members involved) and want an estate, which entails your own file and topics, you must first ask a mod. (look at De Loon, Fedelfy or Shadowbelt estate for a reference.)

We will evaluate and if you are approved a mod will set up your dorm, mansion or estate.
For an estate, once we make the file you are privy to make any topics you want there.
