The Crimson Petal and the White question

Man! There are sometimes when I wish I wasn't too cheap to pay for TV.

Netflix has it now, but it's on "long wait".

I enjoyed the mini-series, if that is what it was. It seems there are no more episodes :(
I also enjoyed the little, and I mean little book, "The Apple" ? It alludes to some of what may of happened after the ending of The Crimson Petals. Or at least it gave me some satisfaction, lol.

This is one of best mammoth books I have ever read. I have also seen the BBC drama adaptation about a year ago and it was absolutely brilliant too. It inspired my own novel. You will enjoy. :)

I watched a movie about The Crimson Petal and the Rose ( loved this book!) Anyway I think it was on public Tv or on Ovation. It was jusy okay. Nothing really great about it. Hope the one coming up on Encore is better. I will schedule to record as we get closer to airtime. Bonnie

I thought the miniseries was good. The characters were what I remembered from the book and it added a few small details that I missed when reading the book. I liked this book very much!

will it come to dvd?

I can't wait to see this. What a unique and haunting book. I hope the mini series can do it justice.
