Anya was curled up under a tree at the edge of one of the forest clearings, half asleep already. "When are the others coming?" she yawned, looking around with half-lidded eyes

"He better get his lazy tail back here soon." Maribel griped as she rocked herself upright, her very pregnant belly making it difficult for her to stand but she managed it by holding onto a tree and pulling herself up. The Alpha female of the Silver Falls pack began to pace around the clearing, kicking up dead leaves as she went. "A proper Alpha never leaves his pack."

((Backstory, the night before Maribel was in a crazy hormonal state and she told Alis to leave, he refused so she bit him and then he left.))

"You should rest first, I'm sure he's just busy," she said in a reassuring voice, not moving from her position under the tree. "He'll probably be here soon."

"He still shouldn't have left. If he has that much pride in his pack he shouldn't leave us so vulnerable."

She bit back a retort that she had been the one to yell at him to leave, barely managing to refrain from saying so. "He has to have his own life too," she decided on instead.

"We are his life. He chose this like his wolf chose mine for these pups." Maribel paused for a moment to run a hand over her round stomach.

((I don't get this.... Is it for werewolves or something?))

((Maribel isn't important enough a charrie to have a profile. When Katsa shows she play her role as a drama point in Alis and Katsa's relationship and then she will fade out until the pups come and Katsa does what she feels like to get rid of Alis' 'ex'. Daniel is the same, Mart's wolf Lunaris will be killing him.))

((Yes, they will be. Alis and Mara are two thirds werewolf and one third regular wolf so they're a little more wild than human in their behaviors.))

She looked down, accepting it quietly since it wasn't her place to argue with her Alpha. She sat up, rubbing one eye sleepily

Anya peeked over Janeslyn shoulder, looking at her drawings. "Wow, its nice." she commented

"Anya!" She suddenly snapped. "Go find Janeslyn and tell her to turn that wretched noise maker off." ((Wolf hearing))

Anya shrank back slightly at Maribel's command and tapped Janeslyn's shoulder hesitantly. "She want you to turn off your music," she said quietly, though she herself liked the music playing

Maribel jerked up her head as she beware running footsteps and a large black wolf leapt into the clearing. He padded forward like he own the place coming to stand by the lower rank females, posturing for them.

((I'll come up with something better for ranks for you guys, I promise.))

Anya shrank back at the sudden appearance of the black wolf. "H-hello?"

He saw her shift and approached her, his bushy tail curling up over his back as he sniffed her scent.

Anya watched the wolf approach Janeslyn and her warily, wishing she could go join the other females so he would ignore her but she was slightly afraid that might attract attention to her. She moved a little closer to Janeslyn, figuring maybe she would be a safer choice than running to the other females.

He also carried the Silver Falls pack scent and he came closer, nudging her with his nose as the smell of his pherimones(sp?) grew stronger in the air.

Anya took a step back as the wolf approached Janeslyn, unknowingly turning the air around steadily colder

He gave her a warning growl, motioning for her to stand beside Janeslyn.

((I think he nudged Janeslyn))

She bit her lip and defiantly took another step back, unsure who the wolf was still.

((Rikka is right.))

The wolf pressed closer to Janeslyn, rubbing his scent on her body.

((Evil bully.....))((he's already bred Mara, he just wants it all. As for mates, mates are for life. Ex. Alis bred Maribel but they are not mates, Katsa is his mate.))

Jay stood in a forest clearing, her head tilted to the sky, staring up at the clouds. She yawned and sat, curling her ginger tail around her paws. She lifted her nose to the air, picking up scent trails.

Anya sighed in relief when Daniel seemed to turn his attention away from her, taking another tentative step away

((Sure she does. She and Daniel have had a tumble a time or two. Daniel doesn't wanna be Janeslyn's mate, he wants to breed her so he has as many pups as possible so he can usurp Alis.))

Jay let out a howl, felling very bored. She stood and disappeared into the trees, the shadow concealing her as the end of her vibrant ginger tail disappeared into the gloom.
