Each district has a different function. Here is a list of their various operations.

District One: Manufactures Luxury items for the Capitol.

District Two: Manufactures weaponry and supplies Peacekeepers.

District Three: Electronics/automobiles

District Four: Fishing

District Five: Power

District Six: Transportation

District Seven: Lumber

District Eight: Textiles

District Nine: Grain

District Ten: Livestock

District Eleven: Agriculture

District Twelve: Coal Mining
