Wow that is really interesting that people are using trailers like the movies to advertise books. Leviathan seemed very interesting. Thanks for hipping me to this. I had no idea. I can look for vampire books now, and hopfully find one with a trailer.

Cary, it is very tricky to look them up on youtube without the name of the book. Some are under book trailer, some are under promotional trailer. Happy hunting!

Miss Peguines (sp?) school for lost children

Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children is probably the most intriguing to me. But being a massive movie fan its nice to see trailers for books too, especially when done well, I think its something more authors should consider.

It is the big new move for authors, for sure. But a lot of them are so badly done. It isn't cheap to hire someone to do them and books just don't usually have that big of a budget. A lot of indie authors are making them, and I think that is pretty cool, to see their skills beyond writing!
