my moms read the whole series and she thinks theyre ok.
My mom can't make it through the first book :(
MY MOM IS IN BOOK 2 OF BREAKING DAWN.she regrets letting me read the seires
my best friend is reading it out loud to her mom, they're in eclipse. she has to hand to book over to her mom to read some of the stuff on her own though, lol. her dad listens in and somtimes he'll ask a question and say 'edwin' or edmund'. my friend and her mom just look at each other and say 'charlie'. my mom read the books before me and said that i would like them and that they were pretty innocent, that was at least a month before BD came out!
ooh my mom has after me nagging her for 2 months and now she says she should have listened to me lol

haha, good plan =) My mom's reading each book right after I read them... lol... I've only read the first two so far...
I think that my mom might be regretting letting me read them... but she hasn't said to stop yet, and I think she likes the books, too... =)

Hey guys! How about that : I don't know if my mother had read Twilight so far , because we don't talk to each other anymore. But my son is five and totally fascinated by the movieparts I showed to him (Of course he couldn't see the whole movie or he would have nightmares of trackers for weeks lol!). I'm really looking forward to the time when I will give Twilight to him for real!

oh, ben so now your 'edward' and 'bloodstar', i didn't know that you need more names for what you are(not including 'Edward'). i wasn't sure that was you ben, but with the '3 blocks' thing i was pretty sure. you know that that threat works both ways don't you? you have my response...PUNK!!!!!!

My mom has read the series. She read them before me and both she and my sister compulsive talking about it made me read it and I LOOOOOVED it! My mom read BD before me but she didn't think it was inapropriate but when my step-dad heard about...Isle Esme he was all like "WHAT!" Once I was reading BD and my dad started to read over my shoulder and it was at their wedding and it said something about a kiss that was slow but was building and stuff like that and hes just like "What are you reading?!" And than he tried reading over my shoulder again at Isle Esme and if he thought a kiss was bad I knew he would think that that chapter was horrible and so I closed the book and from than on I made sure that when I stopped reading it had nothing to do about it.
Thank you. I did that because I was afraid my dad might go all snoopy and stuff so If he tried to read what I was on and managed to get a peek he wouldn't find anything
Im a young mother who enjoys reading the books and i have my mom talked into reading them also. I am making a collection of Twilight stuff like the books and even the movies when they come out on dvd (although i thought the movie was the worse thing in the world) because my daughter will be old enough someday to read them and i thought the books were brilliant and i would have any young adult read them because of how well they are written. Its nice to beable to read breaking Dawn without a parent looking over your shoulder lol. But the books are awsome:)
OK so what are the Twilight Moms. Are they an official nationwide group or something? I noticed that there is a goodreads group named Twilight Moms but it says its only for official twilight moms?????? I cant join cuz Im not a momma, but I always just wondered. Do we have any Twilight Moms here?
yes Krystal---I would be one!!! I guess "a" definition would be you are a mother and L-O-V-E Twilight?!?! But I personally would not hold it against you for not being a "mom" you are and AUNTIE....next best thing!!! I joined this site because when I first got into Twilight, I felt like an oddity---only tweens and no moms, then I found that site....the rest is history!

Aha! Okay that explains it much better now! It seemed like it was an elite group, I almost wanted to adopt some kids and join! Lol...you know you've jumped off the cliff with Bella when you wanna have kids just so you can join Twilight Moms! Ha!
Krystal---do we have to WORRY about you??? But if you feel that strongly, I have a couple you could "borrow", even if they are closer to your age than not!!! :-)

I'm a mother and I love the series. A friend bought the book for me as a gift, I didn't really get into reading it until they took me to the movie. Then I was obsessed with it. I've read everying Stephanie M has posted on her website. All the outtakes and extras and Midnight Sun. All my friends have borrowed the books and my moms is reading them and I am reading them to my son.

Itry to get my mom to read it but she wont but she'll watch the movies after i explain from the books whats going on for her to understand whats going on lol
