Mayu is the teacher in Kyou, Tohru, Hanajima, and Uotani's class. I think Yuki was in their class too but I can't remember. Kana was the doctor assistant who found out about the secret, still loved him, they decided to tell Akito, Akito killed off Hatori's eye, Kana fell into madness.

Um, I don't know. I would like to say Mayu, but I think Kana and Hatori's relationship was really special. In the end I loved both couples.

Yeah, both is right. But I think Mayu and Hatori should end up together now.

I don't really care. Kana and Mayu both seem like a good choice :)

In both ways, I feel like Kana and Mayu have a similar personality. Mayu's soft side is like Kana's personality, and with Hatori around, there's no doubt her soft side will appear. Hatori is too quiet and obeidant. I think he needs someone pretty loud and brave to be his opposite magnet. But for Kana she was just perfect in the begining.

Mayuko, partly since she and Hatori are both strict as well as kind. She and Hatori also display an interest in education, deeply valuing academics and particularly books. They adhere to the rules in general but will make exceptions under certain circumstances.

Mayuko also actually cares about Hatori enough to stick around, or at least not abandon him completely like Kana does after the incident with Akito. Though she and Hatori thankfully never share any similar incident in the manga, I feel she is of stronger character than Kana and would have stayed with him after one.
