Tell how you felt about the 2nd book.

I cried a lot. So many deaths. But mostly, my mouth was hanging open from the part where they find out they have to go to The Hunger Games again. And the reason is so stupid!! To prove that even the best are not good enough!!!! WTH?!!

I agree with you, and the reason for this was to make us hate the capitol even more than we already did. It was their strategy for getting rid of Katniss and discourage dissent among the districts. They figured that no one can get that lucky twice. Hahaha, they were wrong!
