If you have a character in Arena 1, you must participate in this topic.

Training Scores are given a few days before the Games. They let sponsors know how powerful a tribute was in individual training. It is important to put your best skills forward if you want to get a high training score. You will be ranked from 0-11.

Please fill out this form completely. Your character's training score will be determined at a later date. *HINT* The more descriptive the role play, the higher the training score. The scores will not be graded on grammar and spelling.

Sarah Kliora (sarahgraykay) Millie Weston, District 2, Female

After the blow up in the Training Center with Sage, she told her to save all she had for Evaluation. Sage told her that her score would highly influence whether she would have sponsors or not. Being in the Games without sponsors was like suicide. She heard her name called and walked into the Evaluation Room. She only knew of one thing she wanted to do, but she really needed to prove herself. She had spent time working on throwing knives, climbing trees (if there would be any in the arena anyway), and working with bows and arrows. She was still a little shaky with the bows and arrows.

Sage's voice whispered throughout her head. Only the knives. Trust me. You only have 5 minutes. Might as well show them what you do best. Only the knives. Millie didn't fully trust Sage, but she knew she had to trust her mentor's advice. She saw a bunch of training dummies standing around and right away she saw the throwing knives. Then she saw moving targets. She grabbed ten of the knives and held them gracefully. Millie looked over towards the judges. She threw them left and right, hitting one moving target after another. Out of ten throws, she only missed 3. She took the rest of the knives, plus the 3 that missed and went over to the dummies. All together, she had 8 knives to prove herself. She closed her eyes and focused. Millie tried to feel around to gather her surroundings. When she opened her eyes, her eyes were filled with determination. One by one, she hit the training dummies straight in the heart. Except, she missed 3 dummies. Before she could throw again, she heard a voice echo throughout the room, "Millie Weston. District 2. You are dismissed."

Sarah Kliora (sarahgraykay) Luke Sevina, District 2, Male.

Luke sat in the waiting room for what felt like forever. He was waiting for his chance to prove himself. Then his name was called.

When he walked into the Evaluation Room. He was ready. He was prepared. Causs trained him well so far. He was born in District 2. He was ready to blow the judges minds. He was about to grab the throwing knives when he suddenly stopped himself. Suprise them. Do the unthinkable. Mabye he was crazy, but it was worth a shot. He walked towards the bows and arrows and scanned the room for the dummies. He but the arrow in the bow, pulled it back, and shot the dummy straight in the neck. Then in the knee. Then in the head. Finally in the heart. What was with him? This was the time to show them what he was worth. He looked over a his last arrow. Suprise them. He took the arrow and aimed hard. He wasn't even using a bow. He grunted and threw the arrow. It landed right on the arrow that hit the heart, and it split the one arrow into two separate pieces. "Luke Sevina. District 2. You are dismissed."

Louise Coiller, District Three, Female

Louise walked calmly into the Training Center. It was completely empty except for a table set up in the center of the room. It had the same device used as the platform at the beginning of the Games, the one that was a deadly explosive if one stepped off of it before the signal sent. Louise pushed her glasses further up her nose and called her name loudly to the Gamemakers. They watched her step up to the table. They were mildly, if at all, interested.

The clock set. Louise quickly set to work. Her long, agile fingers unscrewed and dismantled the explosive. She knew exactly what she was doing. Things clicked and springs popped off. The mine was completely dismantled in a matter of forty-two seconds. Damn, she thought. She was five seconds behind.

Louise wasted no time assembling her own contraption from the pieces of the other. She had compacted all the heavy materials into one tiny cube, ahoy the size of a Rubix cube. Wires stuck from it haphazardly. The Gamemakers stared at it, confused. With ten seconds, Louise backed up to the furthest wall away from her bomb. She pressed a single button on a wireless remote in her hand.

The explosion charred every wall. The force was loud enough to deafening someone. The vibrations had caused almost everything in the Training Center to topple over. Louise stood from her crouching position on the ground. "Thank you," she said politely. She walked out.

GonnaWingIt | 113 comments Jace Thyme - District Four, Male - Age, Sixteen

((Sorry, I wasn't sure if we were supposed to go uin order..,))

Jace sat in the evaluation waiting room, next to Cara. He had folded his hand and was hunched over. He was silently praying he wouldn't look like a comeplete ditz in front of everyone. And he didn't want to pull Cara down either. He was after Louise, District Three's Female Tribute. He wondered whatr her skill was. District Three had no Careers, so it must be tough sandwiched between Three Districts that have Careers looming over you...

His name was called. He got up, and straightened his curved spine. He would make sure those lazy sponosors would remeber him. He would make them. He would make sure he would not be a forgotten one. He wanted to make a mark, anything, as long as he was remembered as someone dazzling. Not some stupid clown, who was made fun of wherever he went. He wanted the first impression to last, and he wanted it to last forever. He needed something, a moment to shine in front of everyone, even if it meant outshining all the other Tributes.

He landed his foot into the room, making a soft yet noticable Pfft. The pitch-black floor made no mark on his mind, and he kept on straight, every step making the same, simple sound. He wasn't grinning, but he wasn't frowning either. He didn't hate the Capitol, he just wanted absolutly nothing to do with them. They minded their buisness, and he minded his.

He could see that only a handful were watching him. They gave him the odd stare he usually recieved. Well, at least some have noticed me. he thought distainfuly in his head. Jace easily strode over to a shelf with four spears. four tries, four attempts, four successes, or four fails. He knew if he did something bad, he'd blow it. He'd blow the whole, thing. He might even pull Cara down with him, and that wasn't an option. He snatched a spear, and took aim at a dummy; he gave a last glance to make sure they were watching him; and swung his arm. He blinked a hearbeat before he had let go of his spear, and before he had even opened his eyes, a sickening, SHRIIIIIP had called he had made a mark. He gave the dummy a quick glance, realizing he had hit the head. An instant kill would've been made if that dummy was an actual person. But before he had time to register how well he had done, the dummy ripped open, in half, and sand spilled out, the rag part falling to the ground. The place seemed to be in slow motion, he way you think it'll never be over, no matter how hard you try to speed things up.

Jace's spectators were absolutly silent. Either he had impressed them, or they were merely bored with watching a simple fisherman, a career nothneless, throw a spear and tear a dummy in two. He shrugged, and wrapped his fingers around a second spear. Readying his arms, he loosened his muscles a bit, and pulled his arm back. Make it or miss it, either way he probably would still be remembered. He shut his etyes slowly, and this tiem took a step forward with his left foot, a soft "Boom" sounding. Again, when he opened his eyes, it appeared the dummy had been hit where the heart would be. He smile to himself, granting himself a bit of a reward. He peered at his spectators.

Still, he found nothing more than silence.

He was laughing like a madman in his head. These people, oh these people were hilarious.

Again, Jace threw his spear, and it hit the hip. Not fatal, but the tribute would most likely soon die of blood loss. Shrugging, he knew it was not his best throw.

Last throw, Jace, so make it a good one. he commended himself in his head. His fingers were wrapped tightly around his last spear. Suddenly, everything was light, and he lifted the spear. He felt like this would be a wonderful shot. But then, he noticed somthing. The crowd was chatting agan. He turned and glared. They probably had lost interest in him from his last lousy throw. He huffed, not knowing whther he was getting himself killed or not. He looked down, praying they wouoldn't whip out a pistol and pop his head off after he did this. He straightened his posture, and pulled his arm back. This stance was familiar. It was used for moving objects, so he would need to sharpen this skill. Think of it this wyay, Jace, at least you're practicing! a tiny voice sounded.

Was he commiting suicide? He hoped not. He sucked in the stale breath of the black, granite room, and threw the spear, and it lided right into the platter of fruit a server was ogoing around with. He panted, knowing now he;d be remembered. "I am happy to have been of service." he called in a half-happy-half-monotone voice, and bowed humbly.

And with that, he spun ion his foot, and left the room, striding past Cara. Grinning.

Cara Toussaint, 4, Female

Cara's dark eyes followed Jace's mischievous smile all the way of the door. Why was he so happy? She paced nervously, shaking her hands and meditating lightly. She was stretching as her name was called. She was nervous- what if she wasn't as exciting as Jace and they didn't pay attention to her?

Cara jogged to the center of the room briskly. She held up her hand and called her name out loud. A few of them glanced her way, but most of them were sitting in stunned silence. Was Jace really that good? Her teeth were chattering with anxiety.

Cara began her training be strapping six spears to her back and scaling the rope that led to the ceiling. Across the rafters there was a line of ropes in a randomized pattern. Cara jumped agiley from rope to rope, focusing all the muscles in her body to pull and flex and grab. She fired at moving targets from these ropes, throwing all her spears and missing two targets by a mile. She shook it off. Time for the grand finale. Cara swung from the rope she was currently on and landed in the Gamemaker lounge, in front of the Gamemakers. She noticed a spear lying on the ground. Ha. She guessed what Jace did.

Cara walked over to a platter and pulled a concealed dagger from her boot. She stabbed an apple and bowed. "Thank you," she said with a warm smile. She then proceeded to flip off of the platform like she was diving into a pool.

Lanie Jazz (strumsingluv) Sophia Rome, District 5

Sophia Rome walked into the room, shaking. This was her time to shine? But how could she? She was too nervous to even spe, much less perform. She didn't even know what she was going to do. The evaluation room was a big, wide open space, with different weapons and defenses all around it. She could parrctically feel the evaluators staring at her as she walked in slowly, but steadily. The only reason she was waling so slowil was so she could come up with something amazing to blow them away. Suddenly, a voice boomed throught the room.

"District 5, female, please walk faster, you are ruining my patince." Sophia mumbled a "Sorry." that she was sure they couldn't even hear and walked faster. When she got to the middle of the room, she surveyed the many weapons that she could use: swords, hammers arrows, and spears. All for her to use. Suddenly, she had a smile on her face.

She took a sword and put the blade on the end of the table. Then she took a hammer and swung it down on the edge of the blade of the sword. The sword was undamaged she noticed as it flipped straight into her open hand. She took the sword and slashed througb the sand bag dummies, their pretend "guts" spilling out everywhere. Finally, she took an arrow and threw it with her hands, getting a perfect bullseye. But next she did the unexpected: She took the sword that was still in her hand, and threw it at the arrow which had just got a perfect bulleye. The sword split the arrow in half, with perfect precision.

The crowd oohed and aaahhed. But she ws not done yet. She took a spear and climbed the rope, there from up in the ear, she shot at the same target making it so that the sword and spear were side by side. She flipped down from the rope, with amazing agility.

A voice cleared his trhoat, "District 5, female, you may be dismissed." Sophia took an apple that was lying around bit into it, then spit it out as a sign of disrespect for the capitol, The crowd gasped while she smiled, bowed and walked out of the room. They didn't care how good she was. All they knew is that they would maake sure that she didn't survive in the arena.

Lunariette | 36 comments Juniper Lumen, District 11, Female

Juniper wandered into the Evaluation room, her small footfalls silent. She looked about herself, at all the weapons and objects. The Gamemakers all appeared bored. One older man was asleep in the corner, his luxurious chair tilted back against the wall. Her big golden eyes quickly looked down as one Gamemaker glanced over at her. She watched the ground move slowly underneath her with each footstep. Juniper stopped, standing in the center of the arena. She looked around her again, searching for a certain something. Having found it, she silently walked over to the bow and arrows and picked up the only wooden one, a small and rather poorly made bow. She plucked up a single arrow. Unfortunately, there were no wooden arrows. The metal shaft glinted in the Training Center lights as Juniper strung the arrow. This must look odd, Juniper thought to herself. Who am I kidding, no one's looking at me anyway.

Juniper tightened the bow and brought it up to her eye. She looked around for a suitable target, finding none of the pre-made targets or dummies adequate. She honed in on a Gamemaker's eight-foot-tall powdered golden wig. It hung out over the force field between the Gamemakers and the rest of the arena. The wig ended at the top in a tiny, almost unnoticable curly-cue. It bobbed in and out of the edge of the force field. She tightened the string. And let...it...fly. It flew straight through the curl and hooked it on the fatter end of the shaft, yanking the entire wig off and pinning it to the wall. There was a thud as the tilted chair the old Gamemaker was sleeping in came upright again as the man woke up. Then all was silent. Juniper looked up into the eyes of the Head Gamemaker, her large, sparkling golden ones laughing. She put the bow and arrow back and nimbly scaled the wall, leaping between hanging knives and other booby traps of the sort, and deftly swinging herself from the ceiling straight into the exit door, kicking them open as she flew through them. The metal doors whispered shut.

█║ ✕ Angel ‟ (sirsly) Name: Emmeline Grey
Gender: Female
District Twelve
Private Score Session: Emmeline walked in, worry filled her brain. But she wouldn't fail, not now. She cleared her throat. And bowed to the judges. "Emmeline Grey." She said, and walked to the knife/sword section. The time clicked, starting. It was in red letters, over her head. Go already. Your wasting time! Her voice screamed inside. She picked up the best sword. She span it in her fingers, one good time. Before taking off. Her hair flew a little past her, but some strayed in her face. She gripped the sword, she pushed the sword into the ground. She weighed practically nothing, and the sword was pretty strong. To her luck, it remained in one piece. She flew over the dummy's shoulder, cutting its head off as she went. She landed in a crouched position. Her hair in her face. She saw the dummy farther away. She ran, gaining speed. One popped up on her left. She did somewhat of a side-flip, cutting it in half. She landed perfectly, running again. She slid down, cutting the legs off another, she grabbed the sword to her left, that was for some reason there. She was in seconds, in front of the last dummy. Facing the judges, her chest moving up rapidly. Her hair in her face, the dummy soon showed its damage. It was cut in an x. From the shoulders, to the waist. The sides, and body sliding off. In seconds, the legs fell to the side, right after the shoulders and such. She walked up to the rack, and set them down. Her hair remained in her face. But you could somehow still see her face. "Thank you." She said, leaving.
