i really liked the romance, but the ending was horrible. i didn't like the fact that they were now related.

That sounds like City of Bones except the ending to CoB was amazing!
I haven't read this. Is it worth it?

Ok when I get the chance I'll read this!

I just finished reading it and I really enjoyed it! But I'm seriously stressed over the fact that they think they're related. VERY STRESSED! Maybe I get a little too involved...
Agreeing on the related part. Ewww! I know that book 2 will probably reveal the Daphne secret to be they are not. but....thought of Mortal Instruments with Jace and Clary. Even though they turned out not to be sis\bro I was turned away. Still finished it though.
I just read Dreamless! You should too... I don't wanna relay any spoilers, but may I say that Dreamless is better IMO.. and my stress levels are through the roof!
Pg 10 and moving. The stress level part has me worried I really want to see Helen and Lucas together and fighting the Gods riding the air boards of danger to save their love.
I really loved it. Had me laughing, crying, and awwwing. I love how the author included all this Greek Gods because you don't really see that often.

I love Lucas and Helen, I'm praying that they aren't actually related. I haven't bought dreamless yet but I read the synopsis and I hate that there's gonna be a love triangle, I thought I finally escaped another love triangle book lol

I know but the other guy isn't that bad:)
Candice wrote: "That just makes it harder lol but I doubt I'll like him more than Lucas lol"Yeah, it's impossible to like anyone more than Lucas.
Devora wrote: "Yeah, it's impossible to like anyone more than Lucas."I so agree! I wish I wasn't so busy with class I wanna read the next one now

I read it already, waiting for Goddess. And I know what you mean I've only been able to finish like two books since school started.
Tracey wrote: "realy great book. The whole story is so interesting, and Helens mom needs to be kicked hard."IKR:)
I had a love hate relationship with this book. I felt all of the characters were awsome but the plot and pacing of the book was slow at one point then something suddenly happens. I didn't like the ending I hated that Lucas and Helen are related. I wish the ending would of had a big cliff hanger with creon instead of how it ended.
This book is amazing. I love how Angelini used Greek mythology to make this book thrilling and exciting. I can't wait to read the other books in this series. I need to know how this will end.

I really enjoyed this book. Loved the twist on Greek mythology as well. After all the vampire, werwolf, mermaid and fey stories I have been reading in the last years, I felt that gods and demi-gods were a nice change. I could also appreciate Helen's social awkwardness due to her reaction around crowds.
