District Four's industry is fishing. Children here start their work young, heading out on the water to harvest massive amounts of seafood. It is one of the wealthier districts, and many children there are trained as Careers, leading to better chances of survival during the Hunger Games. Tributes from Four generally place high in the Games and are part of the Career Pack. Four is one of the only districts where tributes would know how to swim, giving them an advantage.
