I hope so. This group's been totally revamped, but the last time I tried to get somewhere with it it died. Twice.

Yeah it is. So... anyway, what did y'all think of the THG movie and what not?

Group deaths are really sad.

I really liked THG movie, some stuff was missing, but the spirit and essence of the book was captured perfectly

Yeah, I thought they took out alot of stuff that they shouldn't have and I felt like Katniss' strugle to find water really didn't happen, or the whole bond with the star crossed lovers wasnt their either.

I was dissapointed those things weren't there, but for soemthing they skipped or did wrong, there was something that was perfect.

Mm-hmm. I liked it, overall. A little rushed, but good.

@ Faith: It's hard to make that long of a book into a believable movie without splitting it into two parts, you know. I mean, look at how long the movie was anyhow! Two and a half hours!

Amazingness: Glimmer's death scene.

Okay- I the cornucopia was really strange, but the builkdings in the Capitol looked perfect.
Haymitch and Katniss's relationship was underdeveloped but, Haymitch had great acting and interaction with Peeta

The cornucopia was explained to me by a friend: the director people were probably trying to figure out how to get Katniss and Peeta and Cato up there. If the Cornucopia was round and shaped like a typical cornucopia, how would they climb it?

I'm sorry but I was looking forwar to Haymitch(Woddy) falling off stage, it would have been so funny, but it didn't happen. Yeah, the Mutts did fail, and I didn't really like Rue's death either, and KAtniss and Rue's relationship wasn't thier like it was in the book.

Well, I really liked the movie overall.
