Team Derek or Team Lucas???
I've read the second book already and based on this I still haven't been able to choose Derek nor Lucas yet. At this point i'm leaning towards Lucas though. Sometimes that bad boy types tends to byte you in the rear. I might change my mind after reading the third book though its a hard choice.
I like Derek the best. He is caring and can be passionate. I don't like many bad boys because they tend to be jerks. Is like they can act as jerks but its okay cause that is suppose to make them sexier.
I've read the first three books and let's just say that i hate derek a lot. He hurts kaylie in all three books then does someone unbelievable at the end of the third. So, i'm team lucas.
K, you guys have got me leaning more toward Lucas right now but Derek still is in my heart. I have just got the second book so I will see how Derek keeps up with Lucas and tell you guys my opinion when I'm done!

Im on the third book now and I think you might be right... My issue with Derek is the he doesnt want to deal with whats going on but who knows what will happen for now shes with no one maybe by the end of this book she will be with one of them of maybe in the fourth book :)
Oh also so far I feel Lucas has been the only one willing to fight for Kylie who knows Im excited to be reading the third book.

Ok, I am like quarter way through Awake at Dawn and so far I am leaning towards Lucas because he is so sweet and the letters he writes for whoever has read the books will know what I am talking about but they are so sweet. So I am more towards Lucas right now but who knows. It could change. :)

Derek! I mean the bad boy typz are actually the best buh idk Lucas isnt the usual bad guy!..Nd the fact that he left her like that in d 2nd book and then after comin bak won Kylie without any effort! on the other hand Derekz got this cool and mischieveous personality wich is soo sexy! Fingers crossd so that kylie ends up with Derek! <3

I dont know anymore I finished reading Taken at Dusk the third book and now I dont know who I want her to end up with they both seem so good for her. Cant wait for the fourth book to come out :)

team derek of course, even though lucas may be handsome strong and incredibly sexy, derek is all of those things but ten times better. also he not just all those things hes funny smart and very protective.. thats one of the reason why i pick team derek. :D
Well,Derek can control feelings, Kylee might not even like him. Lucas, im team lucas. He gave her a cat.. so he cares about her.
I am leaning more towards Derek, however it is really hard to choose. You don't know if the feelings she has for Derek are real, and he can read emotions so you could never have a single thought. But he seems very genuine and caring. However being with Lucas has its advantages as well, he's strong/fearless, and can protect Kylee. But I think it would be selfish of her to advance their relationship. His life could be ruined.
Easy! Get the hottie werewolf Lucas! Not some soft, farie boy like Derek! Always go for the trouble makers, more exciting! Team Lucas!

I really don't think Lucas is a 'bad boy'. Really. He's not bad in any sense of the word, he's more in the wrong place at the wrong time or just acting on his werewolf instincts. He's not really... bad.. I dunno, that's just my thoughts. Though, out of the two guys, it's easy to see that Lucas would be the 'bad boy' of the two of them.

Team Lucas ALL THE WAY, Derek has hurt her so many times! I love Lucas he's hot and a werewolf and cares a lot about Kaylie :) Derek is fey and not a werewolf so team Lucas :)

Well... I've read the first two books and in the first one I was leaning toward Derek, but in the second one he is a total jerk. The second one gives lots of details about Lucas and I think I like him better because he is so fearless and he really cares for Kylie. Yes, he is a bad boy figure, but also very gentle at times. TEAM LUCAS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just read the 1 st book. I'm team LUCAS!! I liked Derek he saved her like a couple of times, but he can control her feelings so you never know what she feels. And Lucas is soo hot and a werewolf but also he has his EX hanging all over him, but I still like Lucas he gave her the cat and told her that his dad did something to the 1st one.. They have a little bit of history.. Hopefully my opinion wont change when I read the next one! I have to go and get it.. BUT STILL TEAM LUCAS LUCAS LUCAS LUCAS..... I kinda liked Perry also but he turns out to like Miranda...
To be honest Im not in any team.... I didnt like Derek or Lucas.
I like Derek.....Werewolves are always getting in the way:(

I agree with both of you people
Lucas isn't pushing Kylie away, especially because she may or may not be a werewolf. He has said that what she is doesn't matter to him (I mean, he cares but not in a sense that he doesn't give a damn what or who she is). He hopes she will be a werewolf, but he knows that she may not be and he did say that he doesn't care what the others think. I think it's more his pack and elders that are all picky about bloodline. As for the overprotectiveness, that could half be becuase of his instincts - though I do reckon he is over protective.
I don't have a team, cause I love both guys, but I lean towards Derek haha

I like both guys and I think that if it was me I would chose Derek,but it's not it's Kylie and personaly I think her and Lucas have more chemesriy and passion between them

I would have to I have no idea what team I am. I mean, Derek is so kind, sweet and the perfect guy. Only, Lucas is so thrilling and the aspect that you can't have him makes you want him more. He is the bad boy that no one can resist.
So everyone, tell me what you think. Team Derek or Team Lucas? I wanna hear your thoughts and opinions on the two and even the book. Maybe you will help me pick a side.
